Andivi d.o.o. declares that the product will work flawlessly during the warranty period if you follow the product instructions. During the warranty period, which begins with the day of sale we will eliminate any defects in the product that may occur during normal use of the product.
The warranty does not cover damage due to wear and tear or damage caused by the customer or someone else through incorrect, improper, careless or unusual use of the product. The warranty also does not apply in case of failure due to non-compliance with safety warnings and maintenance instructions. The warranty also does not apply to damage that may be caused by an electric current of force majeure; unprofessional installation, intrusion of water or moisture; to discharged batteries; for damage caused by weather (lightning, water, fire, frost,…); or if the product has been tampered with by a person who is not authorized by the issuer of the warranty card. The warranty also does not cover damage caused during the transport of products.
Andivi d.o.o. does not assume any responsibility for lost profits or other consequential damages, and assumes no responsibility for any third party claim. Also Andivi d.o.o. assumes no responsibility for the loss of any data or settings stored on the product upon acceptance of the product for repair.

fill in the complaint form at the link below, where you can describe in detail the reason for the complaint, add information about Andivi invoice number and your contact information.
- Send us the product that is the subject of the warranty to our address, together with all the associated parts
- and enclose a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase.
